1. Walkthrough. We look at the home with you, usually 30–45 minutes, and talk through what you're considering.

2. Written estimate, prioritized. You decide what's in scope. No padding, and we'll tell you which items we'd skip if it were our house.

3. Execution. We expedite scheduling and start work fast. Total project time depends on scope and any specialty parts ordered. Qualifying projects may be eligible for pay-at-settlement through your title company.

You’re buying time, not a fixed deliverable list. The items above are realistic examples of what one experienced handyman can knock out in 90 minutes, 4 hours, or 8 hours. Your actual list is up to you, we’ll walk through it before we start, sequence the highest-impact items first, and tell you up front if something on your list won’t fit the time.

What we provide: caulk, fasteners, drywall patching compound, drop cloths, basic paint supplies, and standard handyman materials.

Fixtures and finish materials: paint, light fixtures, faucets, cabinet hardware, detectors, and any specialty parts are quoted separately from labor. You never have to shop for them, tell us what you like (or let us recommend what we install most often) and we'll pick everything up and bring it to the job.

If something turns into a bigger job: sometimes hardware doesn’t fit existing holes, a drywall patch reveals a hidden issue, or a fixture install becomes a re-wire. We pause, show you what we found, and quote the additional time before continuing. You’re never surprised on the invoice.

Bigger work, quoted separately: full-room repaints, flooring repair, bathroom or bedroom finish work, exterior pressure wash or deck stain, and anything requiring a licensed trade partner (water heater, panel work, HVAC), those get their own quote and timeline.

We’ve picked the fixtures most sellers use and we install them the same visit, no shopping trip, no research, no waiting on shipping. Reputable brands at fair prices, chosen because we install them often.

Each price below includes the part, installation, basic supply lines / wax ring / fasteners as needed, haul-away of the old unit, and our 1-year labor warranty.

Have a specific fixture or finish in mind? Pick what you like, supply the part (or have it shipped to your home), and we’ll install it. Labor is quoted based on the part, most installs land at or near the prices above.

You May Qualify to Pay at Settlement

If you’re under contract with a Utah real estate agent and your project qualifies, you may not need to pay for GoMarketReady work up front. For approved projects we bill your title/escrow company directly: you sign an authorization at the walkthrough, and the repair invoice is paid out of your sale proceeds at closing. Approval depends on scope, closing timeline, and your title company’s participation.

Moving costs money. New down payment, movers, deposits, possible double mortgage. The last thing you need is another repair bill during week one of escrow. For qualifying projects, pay-at-settlement keeps your cash where it should be.

Pay-at-settlement is subject to review of each project. Qualification depends on project scope, expected closing timeline, and your title company’s participation. We’ll confirm eligibility at your walkthrough, not every project qualifies.
