Our 1-Year Labor Warranty

What's covered

• The labor and workmanship on any job we complete, for one full year from the completion date.
• If something we installed comes loose, a patch we made cracks, a finish we applied fails, or any of our work does not hold up the way it should, we return and correct it at no charge.
• The warranty stays with the home for the full year, even if you sell. That matters if you're doing pre-listing repairs: the buyer inherits the remaining coverage.

What's not covered

• Normal house movement and seasonal settling (common in Utah homes), and any new damage from settling after our visit.
• Damage from later accidents, misuse, water intrusion from a source we did not work on, or work performed by others after ours.
• Materials and fixtures themselves. Product defects are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty; our warranty covers the workmanship of the installation.
• Work we explicitly scoped as temporary or patch-only at your request, where noted on the estimate.

Call or text (801) 895-2084 or email hello@handymanjacks.com with your name, the job address, and a photo of the issue. We do our best to get back to you within one business day and schedule the fix promptly.

The fine print, in plain English

This warranty applies to jobs completed and paid in full by Handyman Jacks, Licensed Utah General Contractor #14195166-5501. Trade-specialty work performed by a licensed Utah contractor in that specific trade carries that contractor's workmanship warranty alongside ours, and manufacturer warranties apply to their products. This page summarizes our standard warranty; your estimate is the controlling document for any job-specific terms.
