How Pricing Works
Listed prices are starting points, actual quote depends on scope, materials, access, and site conditions. Walkthrough confirms.
Most full-room repaints land between $395 and $895 depending on ceiling height, prep work, and cut-in complexity. Touch-up visits start at $195. Trim/door-only work quoted at the walkthrough. Paint provided by the homeowner unless we agree otherwise (we can also shop for you).
Prices assume items completed together in a single visit. A $95 minimum applies per visit and is credited toward your total on jobs over $250. We always confirm the final price before any work begins.

FAQ
Do I need to supply the paint?
Yes by default, pick what you like and we’ll install it. We can also shop for the paint on your behalf if you’d rather not deal with it.
How long does painting a single room take?
Most standard bedrooms or bathrooms paint in a single 4–6 hour visit including cut-in, two coats, and clean-up. Larger rooms, vaulted ceilings, or complex trim take longer, we estimate honestly at the walkthrough.
Do you handle prep and patching?
Yes, drywall patches, nail pops, hairline cracks, and light sanding are all included in standard paint jobs. Larger drywall repair (water damage, big holes) is quoted separately so the pricing stays honest.
Will you move my furniture?
We move small/medium furniture into the center of the room and cover it. We don’t move pianos, large armoires, or anything fragile, please clear those items before we arrive or let us know in advance.
