How Pricing Works
Listed prices are starting points, actual quote depends on scope, materials, access, and site conditions. Walkthrough confirms.
Single-story home: starts at $145. Two-story home: starts at $195. Multi-story or steep-roof access: quoted at the walkthrough. Add downspout flush: starts at $25 per downspout. Loose gutter re-attachment: starts at $35 per section. Larger repair quoted separately.
Prices assume items completed together in a single visit. A $95 minimum applies per visit and is credited toward your total on jobs over $250. We always confirm the final price before any work begins.

FAQ
How often should I get my gutters cleaned?
Most Utah homes need it twice a year, spring (after the maple/willow drop) and fall (after the leaves come down). Homes with heavy tree coverage may need a third cleaning mid-summer.
Do you install gutter guards?
Yes, basic mesh screens and finer micro-mesh guards are both available. Guards reduce cleaning frequency but don’t eliminate it (fine debris still settles), so they’re worth it for hard-to-access roofs but optional for one-story homes.
What if you find damage while cleaning?
We photograph it and show you. Small repairs (loose gutter, single damaged section) we can usually fix the same visit and add to the invoice. Bigger damage (rotted fascia, full gutter replacement) gets a separate quote.
Are you insured for ladder work?
Yes, full general liability insurance. We bring our own ladders and safety equipment.
