Winter salt, gravel grit, and oil stains accumulate on Utah driveways through the cold months. A spring pressure wash plus degrease restores the look in 1–2 hours. For siding, stucco, and composite decking we use soft-wash (low-pressure cleaner) — high pressure on those surfaces causes damage. We bring the right approach for each surface.

FAQ
Will pressure washing damage my siding or stucco?
Not when done properly. High pressure on vinyl, wood, or stucco can absolutely cause damage — which is why we use soft-wash (low pressure plus cleaning solution) on those surfaces. Concrete, brick, and properly-finished wood handle high pressure.
Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?
Often yes. Fresh oil stains lift easily with degreaser. Old set-in stains may lighten significantly but not fully disappear. We’re honest about expectations at the walkthrough.
Do you supply water and power?
Power — yes (we bring generators if needed). Water — we use yours (need a working outdoor spigot). If your home doesn’t have one, we can run a hose from inside.
How often should I pressure wash my driveway?
Most Utah homeowners do it once a year in spring after the snow melt. Areas under trees or with regular car drips may benefit from a second wash mid-summer.
