How Pricing Works
Bathroom faucet swap (homeowner-supplied faucet): starts at $145. Kitchen faucet swap: starts at $195. Both include supply lines, basic shutoff confirmation, and haul-away. Reputable-brand chrome faucet supplied by HMJ: bathroom $245, kitchen $295 (installed). Exterior hose bib: starts at $195. Shutoff valve replacement: starts at $95.
Listed prices are starting points. Actual quote depends on scope, materials, access, and site conditions.
Prices assume items completed together in a single visit. A $95 minimum applies per visit and is credited toward your total on jobs over $250. We always confirm the final price before any work begins.

FAQ
Do you supply the faucet or do I?
Either. Most customers pick their own faucet to match their style. We can also bring a reputable chrome faucet at the prices above if you want it handled.
What if the shutoff valve under my sink doesn’t work?
Common issue in older homes, the old multi-turn valves seize. We can replace the shutoff valve with a quarter-turn ball valve for $95 per valve and continue the install. If the valve is so seized we can’t get water off at all, we may need to shut off main water briefly during the swap.
Do you do tub and shower valves?
Yes. Trim swaps, the visible handles and spout on an existing valve body, are everyday handyman scope. New valve bodies behind the wall are installed by a licensed Utah plumber, and we take care of any wall repair after.
What’s not included?
Damage discovered during install (rotted countertop edge, leaking drain trap, prior water damage in cabinet) is quoted separately. We pause and show you what we found before continuing.
