FAQ
My door won’t latch, do I need a new one?
Probably not. Most won’t-latch issues are alignment problems with the strike plate or hinges. We can almost always fix it in 15-30 minutes for $85 instead of replacing the door.
Can you install a door I bought from Home Depot or Lowe’s?
Yes. Pre-hung doors are easier than slab installs. Bring the door, we install it.
What about exterior doors that need weatherproofing?
Included. Every exterior door install includes weatherstripping, sweep, and threshold check. We don’t leave a door that leaks air.
Do you do barn doors or sliding closet doors?
Yes. Barn doors need proper anchoring to studs or blocking, we never use plastic anchors for the rail. Sliding closet doors usually need track adjustment or roller replacement.
