Same-week scheduling · Licensed General Contractor · Fully insured · 1-year labor warranty

Garage doors take a beating in Utah — temperature swings, snow, and constant cycling. A $145 tune-up once a year keeps the door running smoothly and catches small issues (worn rollers, loose hardware) before they become broken springs or cables.

What This Includes

  • Annual tune-up (lube, tighten, adjust, inspect)
  • Spring tension adjustment
  • Roller replacement
  • Cable replacement (non-torsion-spring)
  • Bottom weather seal replacement
  • Side weather seal replacement
  • Panel replacement (insulated or non-insulated)
  • Garage door opener install (LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie)
  • Smart garage opener install (MyQ, Nexx)
  • Keypad and remote programming

FAQ

My garage door is loud — can you fix that?

Usually yes. Most loud doors need new rollers (the wheels in the track), worn hinges tightened, and proper lube on the springs and bearings. Tune-up + roller replacement usually fixes 80% of noisy doors.

Do you do broken springs?

For non-torsion-spring (extension spring) doors yes. For torsion-spring doors (most modern garage doors) we refer to a specialty garage-door contractor for safety reasons — torsion springs under tension are extremely dangerous.

Can you install a smart opener?

Yes — LiftMaster MyQ, Chamberlain, Nexx are common installs. We mount the unit, run the wiring, program remotes and keypad, and set up the app on your phone.

How often should I get a tune-up?

Once a year for most Utah homes. After winter is ideal — the snow and cold are hard on the door.
