How Pricing Works

Re-key (up to 4 cylinders, single key): starts at $145. Add cylinders at $25 each. Single new lockset install: starts at $185 (homeowner supplies lock) or $245 with a reputable-brand lockset included. Smart lock install with setup: starts at $245 + cost of lock.
Prices assume items completed together in a single visit. A $95 minimum applies per visit and is credited toward your total on jobs over $250. We always confirm the final price before any work begins.

FAQ
What’s the difference between re-key and lock replacement?
Re-keying changes the pins inside your existing locks so old keys no longer work, your existing locks stay, you get a new key. Lock replacement swaps the entire lockset for a new one. Re-keying is cheaper when locks are in good shape; replacement makes sense when locks are worn or you want to upgrade.
Can you re-key locks I bought separately?
Yes, bring the matching keys (or just the locks) and we’ll re-key everything to a single key. We can also rekey to existing house keys if the brand matches.
How fast can you schedule a lock change?
Most lock work is scheduled within a week. For lockouts (you’re stuck outside), call us, we’ll do our best to get out same day or refer you to a partner.
Do you install smart locks?
Yes, Schlage Encode, August, Yale Assure, Kwikset Halo, and Level are the most common. We install the lock, set up the app, configure user codes, and walk you through the features.
