Furnace install, A/C install, mini-split install, and significant repair are quoted by a licensed Utah HVAC contractor at the walkthrough. Smart thermostat install (HMJ scope, homeowner-supplied thermostat): starts at $145. Vent/register replacement (HMJ scope): starts at $35 per register.
Listed prices are starting points. Actual quote depends on scope, materials, access, and site conditions.
Prices assume items completed together in a single visit. A $95 minimum applies per visit and is credited toward your total on jobs over $250. We always confirm the final price before any work begins.
