Sprinkler system blowout and winterization across the Wasatch Front. Book in October — we fill up fast in late October and early November before the first hard freeze.
Same-week scheduling · Licensed General Contractor · Fully insured · 1-year labor warranty
Utah’s first hard freeze typically hits late October to mid-November. If your sprinkler lines aren’t blown out by then, water in the pipes freezes, expands, and cracks the pipe. A $89 blowout prevents a $500-$2,000 spring repair.
What This Includes
- Single-zone blowout
- Multi-zone blowout (typical residential)
- Large-property blowout (10+ zones)
- Backflow preventer drain
- Hose bib insulation
- Hose disconnect and storage
- Spring startup (paired for next season)
- Broken-line repair (if found during blowout)
- Sprinkler head replacement (when noticed)

FAQ
When should I schedule?
Book in October. We’re booking up by late October and the first hard freeze typically hits early to mid-November. If you wait until you hear about a freeze warning, we may not have availability.
What if my line is already frozen?
Call us immediately — sometimes we can blow out before serious damage. If a line has already cracked, that’s a spring repair item.
Do I need to do anything beforehand?
Just turn the water off at the main sprinkler shutoff valve (usually in your basement or near the meter). We handle the rest.
Do you do spring startup too?
Yes — typically $95 for spring startup with head adjustment as needed. Many customers book both at the same visit.
