Single-zone system: starts at $89. Standard residential (4-8 zones): starts at $125. Larger system (8-15 zones): starts at $175. Hose bib insulation kit installed: starts at $35 per spigot. Combo: blowout + hose bib insulation: starts at $145.
Prices assume items completed together in a single visit. A $95 minimum applies per visit and is credited toward your total on jobs over $250. We always confirm the final price before any work begins.

When should I schedule?
Book in October. We’re booking up by late October and the first hard freeze typically hits early to mid-November. If you wait until you hear about a freeze warning, we may not have availability.
What if my line is already frozen?
Call us immediately, sometimes we can blow out before serious damage. If a line has already cracked, that’s a spring repair item.
Do I need to do anything beforehand?
Just turn the water off at the main sprinkler shutoff valve (usually in your basement or near the meter). We handle the rest.
Do you do spring startup too?
Yes, typically $95 for spring startup with head adjustment as needed. Many customers book both at the same visit.
