Most aging-in-place modifications are small, affordable, and dramatically improve safety. The biggest leverage items: grab bars in the bath (proper studs, no plastic-anchor shortcuts), raised toilet seats, lever handles in place of knobs, and threshold ramps where step heights become risky.

FAQ
Are your grab bars actually anchored properly?
Yes — we anchor to wall studs whenever possible. If studs aren’t in the right place, we install proper blocking behind the drywall and anchor to that. We never use plastic drywall anchors for grab bars.
Do you install stairlifts?
Yes — stairlift install is done by a specialty mobility-equipment contractor.
Are you familiar with VA accessibility modifications?
Yes — VA HISA grant work fits within our handyman scope for many modifications. We provide documentation suitable for VA reimbursement when applicable.
