FAQ
Which smart switch brand should I use?
Lutron Caseta is the most reliable (uses its own radio, not Wi-Fi). Kasa is cheaper and Wi-Fi-only. We install either.
Do I need a neutral wire?
Most modern smart switches need one. Older homes (pre-1990) often don’t have neutrals in switch boxes, in that case, Lutron Caseta is one of the few options that works.
