How Pricing Works
Smart thermostat install (homeowner-supplied unit, existing C-wire): $145. Add C-wire install (adapter or new wire run): +$95. Multi-zone setup: +$95 per zone after the first.
FAQ
Do I need a C-wire?
Most smart thermostats need one. Older 2-wire systems can use a C-wire adapter (we bring one) or have a new C-wire pulled. We check before quoting.
Will a smart thermostat work with my heat pump or swamp cooler?
Heat pumps yes (most modern smart thermostats). Swamp coolers need a thermostat that supports the cooling-only mode — not all smart thermostats do. Tell us your system type when booking.
Will you set up the app for me?
Yes — app install, account creation walk-through, schedule setup, and connection to your home Wi-Fi. We don’t leave until it’s working.
What about removing my old thermostat?
Included. We pull the old unit and patch any wall holes. If the new thermostat is smaller than the old one, we usually need to patch + paint — that adds about $45 in cost or we can leave the patch unpainted.
