FAQ
Do you supply the toilet or do I?
Either. We keep round-bowl and comfort-height options in our standard install pricing. You can also bring your own — labor only is $245 for the swap.
My toilet rocks. Is the floor rotted?
Maybe, but often it’s just a worn wax ring or loose flange bolts. We pull the toilet, inspect, and tell you what we find. Wax ring + reset is $195. If there’s subfloor damage, we pause and quote that separately.
What about removing the old toilet?
Included. We haul the old toilet away as part of the install — no extra charge.
How long does an install take?
60-90 minutes for a standard swap. Add 30 minutes if the shutoff valve or supply line also needs to be replaced (common on older homes).
