HMJ handles faucet replacement, toilet install, garbage disposal, showerhead replacement, hose bib repair, bidet attachment, supply line and shutoff valve swaps, and minor drain trap repair directly within our handyman scope. Water heater installation (tankless or traditional), water softener, sump pump, whole-house filtration, repipes, and any work requiring a licensed plumber is still one call to us, performed by the licensed Utah plumber on our team.

Bathroom faucet swap (homeowner-supplied): starts at $145. Kitchen faucet: starts at $195. Toilet install (HMJ-supplied round-bowl): starts at $395. Comfort-height elongated: starts at $445. Garbage disposal install: starts at $345. Showerhead swap: starts at $145. Supply line: starts at $35 per line. Shutoff valve replacement: starts at $95. Hose bib swap: starts at $195.

Listed prices are starting points. Actual quote depends on scope, materials, access, and site conditions.

Prices assume items completed together in a single visit. A $95 minimum applies per visit and is credited toward your total on jobs over $250. We always confirm the final price before any work begins.
