Toilet seat install (you supply): starts at $65. HMJ-supplied standard seat: starts at $85 installed. Multi-bathroom bundle: bulk pricing.

Prices assume items completed together in a single visit. A $95 minimum applies per visit and is credited toward your total on jobs over $250. We always confirm the final price before any work begins.
